A FEW HOURS AGO I WAS GONNA DELETE THIS AS I COULDNT GET MOVIES WORKING BUT NOW I NO HOW I THINK IT IS A GREAT PROGRAM AS YOU CAN CHANGE THEMES AS IT GETS BORING WITH THE PLAIN WHITE OF NORMAL FIRMWARE AND THE IDEA THAT YOU CAN USE YOUR IPOD AS A GAMEBOY

Music only here.  I delete the games, the default WPS, most languages,  and most plugins from the builds to maximize space -- sort of a "Rockbox Lite".

I hardly ever play games on my H340 - mostly listen to music, do lots of recording and use it as a portable hard drive from time to time when traveling.

While the games are a nice little distraction (and Rockboy is pretty good for a couple of chuckles among my friends), my iPod video is my main DAP, and thus is primarily for music. I may watch the occasional movie or two to see how the MPEG player is progressing, but my iPod is playing music 97% of the time. The other 3% is broken up as such:

* 1% - Movies
* 1% - Doom
* 1% - Playing around

My Archos Jukebox Recorder is going to be used for recording, and that was the main reason I got it for. Once I replace the hard drive in it, that is...

I usually use my gigabeat for music, but lately I've been playing alot of rockboy. I grew up with the GBC and playing all those games all over again makes me feel nostalgic. Plus it gives me something to do when I'm really bored.

If you want high quality records: make sure you take a big enough hard disk and start using the wavrecord plugin. ;D

No need to worry there. My Archos is getting a boost to 80GB. No lossy recordings for me!  :)
