ok sorry about "pls", i found that "bug" about the battery it's a sort of anti-theft, i read that is permanent :(, i'm not using a usb hub to charge my nano..  i found on apple that i should try to drain the energy from the battery (leave it for 24 hours) then i should try to charge it and reset it

Anti theft? How would a player that doesn't turn on help with theft? Just charge using the AC adapter and try again like everybody said,I don't even have a ipod and I know this. ;D

don't say ebay or something like that they don't send electronics in romania only books

We're quite familiar with the iPods here, and they have no such theft prevention measure. What you probably found was Apple's patent for a theft prevention measure, that is not yet in use in any known device but may be planned for a future one.

For the AC adapter, any USB charger should work fine (i.e. a charger that plugs into the wall and presents a USB jack).
