What is wrong with this theme?

Hey guys I found this theme and when I install it all I get is a blank backdrop so what is wrong with this theme?  It was easy to install I just dropped the .rockbox folder and that was it.  I think something might be coded wrong but I have no experience with that stuff so hopefully one of you experts or artist would not mind giving me a hand.

If you are having problems while using an unsupported build, do not ask about it except in the thread for that build.
