how to install patches?

I know that this question was asked before a lot,
but i read all the topics and none of them helped me to install these patches.
I didn"t understand it.
i also read about EvilG Fusion Build (i heard, that a lot of plugins should there already be installed)
but if I follow the link i get 30 different downlkoadlinks and I don"t know witch one to choose.

So can somebody tell me please, how to install patches on my IPod G5.5 Video or how to get a Software, where patches like AlbumArt, Bitmap Reseize, Customline and Multifront are included.

I'm sorry if there are some mistakes in my text because i am german.

If you read EvilG's readme file, that will help, but you probably want one of these (depending on your iPod hard disk size:
http://evilg.cleansoap.org/builds/5g/EvilG-lite-Fusion-30G-20070717.zip (30GB)
http://evilg.cleansoap.org/builds/5g/EvilG-lite-Fusion-60-80G-20070717.zip (60 or 80GB)

These are the latest builds containing the patches you want (plus some others), but excluding auto-USB-charge and one-click insert.

Remember that all queries on the operation of these builds must go the relevant Unsupported Builds thread, not in the General Forum.
