ok i didnt kill my ipod but i am stuck

ok i have a 30gb video and i got the right build and extracted all the files to my ipod. now i get this screen...

Usually this means you didn't do the "Installing the Firmware" portion of the manual right. Simply follow the instructions for disk mode, and read the manual again very carefully.

where is this option, is it inside the itunes menu or my computer or what?

ok i got it to work,i put the extracted folder in without unpacking its content haha.
