Hehe, don't know, but there was a F20 for the same price, but there was no one left. But remember, I'm in Québec, Canada, it was the only place at Québec with the F series. I search every where and I didn't see S, V, P series.

Just picked up a refurbished F40 for $119 shipped on ebay, can't wait to try Rockbox on my second DAP (used to have an H120)

Have seen a few new in box F40s for around $150 shipped USD.
