Please take a look at our posting guidelines and provide the information that the posting guidelines require, such as the revision number of the build you are using and the version of the bootloader you are using.

How can you tell that the hold switch is operating if none of the other buttons operate?  Are you certain that you have the hold switch off?

1) Start RockBox - buttons not work
2) Switch Hold ON - buttons not work
3) Switch Hold OFF - sometimes buttons work

If i reboot IPod and change button Hide to ON, then load standart firmware

And when IPod is the hard disk (for instance, if you choose the language or browser), then controls is disabled permanently, only HOLD

Well, this is different from what you said before.  What buttons work, and when?

Sometimes Hold switch will operate all buttons, but not always, and not for long ...

I did everything as written here http://download.rockbox.org/manual/rockbox-ipod4gray/rockbox-buildch2.html
1) Restore standart firmware (3.3.1) through ITunes.
2) Download and launched the latest version ipodpatcher.
3) Extract files from archive - http://build.rockbox.org/dist/build-ipod4gray/rockbox.zip to IPod
4) Extract files from archive - http://download.rockbox.org/daily/fonts/rockbox-fonts.zip to IPod

But when RockBox loader controls don't work...

I think controls stops work because of IPod Hard disk begin work...

If i in a few seconds select hold off then select hold on player control's begin work, if i select "file manager", controls again stop working

If your iPod exhibits this behaviour in both Rockbox and iPL then it sounds like it's actually broken to me.

Standard firmware IPod works good, but IPodLinux and RockBox why mistakes ...
May be module can be a problem with hard drive?
