And if voice files are not listed for a particular build (example, iriver H120/H140)--not sure what that means?

Hi Gang:

I am looking for a way to create my own voice files with this new format.  Is there an updated makevoices.vbs somewhere out there.  Failing that, can someone help me to perform this task some other way?

Thanks all over the place gang.

I appreciate the current problems with voice files is distressing you, but could you please stop posting the same question multiple times.

You have been pointed to the Daily downloads page, where a voice file for the menus is created every day. What is wrong with using those?

I suspect there will be nothing available except the automatically created voices for some time...

Hello:

I don't appreciate your tone of voice and, as a blind user of other speech enabled hardware such as computers, phones, gps systems, etc., I am very sensitive to the voice that I using; considering that I am listening to them all day long.

If you cant, or don't want to contribute; then please leave it alone.

Thanks much.
