[Edit] Over Reaction, iPod not dead
« on: August 05, 2007, 11:07:44 PM »
I INSTALLED ROCKBOX ON MY IPOD, I BOOTED IT UP AND IT FROZE UP AND I COULDNT MOVE ANYTHING ON MY IPOD. WHEN I TRIED TO TURN IT ON AGAIN, IT WOULDN'T TURN ON. I CANT CHARGE THE BATTERY, THE COMPUTER DOESN'T RECOGNIZE IT, YOUR PROGRAM IS HORRIBLE AND IT KILLED MY IPOD!

I DEMAND an explanation WHY THIS HAPPENED!

1) If you read the license, this program is provided with no warranty or even guarantee of suitability for use.
2) Our forum guidelines prohibit the excessive use of caps. I understand that you're unhappy, but this doesn't give you an excuse to disobey the rules.
3) Turn on the hold switch, turn off the hold switch, then hold Menu+Select for 30 seconds. If this doesn't work, repeat it over and over until it does. Maybe try it with USB plugged in. Rockbox can't prevent this feature from working.

If your next post does not follow forum guidelines, it will be assumed that due to the nature of your user name, and your explicit desire to ignore forum rules that you are in fact a troll and your posting privileges will be removed. We want to help, but we expect you to be civil.

Please don't shout man... It's rude and it doesn't help.

Perhaps in the future you'll search first (as per the guidelines) rather than "demanding" things.
