File not found error (was: URGENT:Need help by tuesday!)

I jsut got rockbox for my first gen ipod nano,and whenever i try to olisten to a song,it says file not found!ive used itunes to put the songs back in but they still wont play.Help!

Firstly: Please follow the posting guidelines, including the "POSTING IN THIS FORUM" posts.

This includes giving the full text of any error messages you receive, as well as what build you're using and any other details (Database? Filetree? Etc)

Also, this is not by any stretch of the imagination "Urgent". If you haven't fixed it by Tuesday (for whatever reason), you can still use the original Apple Firmware to listen to your music.

Also, by which tuesday? And tuesday depending on which timezone? Judging from the time of your post it looks like you're in a complete different timezone than I am and thus possibly a lot of others.

Try updating your database.  There are instructions in the manual for doing so.
