Other Wad's?

Well DOOM is an ok game but I was wondering if it was possible to play any other Wad's on a ipod?  I don't care what titles just point me in the right direction.

Unlike some other open source projects, Rockbox has excellent documentation.  The manual, wiki, and historic forum posts are all searchable, and two of those three would have provided the answer you are looking for.
In the future, please search the available documentation before creating new threads posing questions.

As for the wad's all of them seem to be almost identical to DOOM I was looking for something maybe not in that genre.

Maybe if you made it clear that you were following the posted guidelines by posting questions not already answered by them, people wouldn't feel the need to remind you of them repeatedly.

You asked if it's possible to play other wads, this is answered in many, many, many places. Where to get these wads, and what they are is beyond the scope of the Rockbox project. They're simply Doom wads, which there are plenty of resources on on the internet.
