Removing 'Recording' menu entry

I wonder if would be possible to remove the 'Recording' menu entry. As I have an iPod, no line in or mike to record from.

The entry is close to the Settings one, very much used to change Themes, and sometimes the recording entry is choosed, starting to record, and this is so annoying.

There is a line in, it's just via the dock connector, so you need a special cable to access it.
