Why does the Backlight come on every 90s while playing music on my nano?

The Backlight come on every 90s while playing music on my nano. This is killing the battery life.

How can I change it?

You might have Caption Backlight on.
You got some short ass songs...

Or you're touching the buttons somehow. Try locking the player.
