2 GB MicroSD cards that work?

I am considering getting an E200, but I can't find a list of 2 GB MicroSD cards which work. Any recommendations form newegg.com?

Does Rockbox integrate the microSD files with the flash files? In other words, can I add files from the microSD to the tagcache database and scroll through both sets of files in one list?

Is the microSD hot-swappable or does it require a reset?

Does the battery really only last 5 hours like the battery bench test says or does it last much longer since the 7/26/ CPU frequency scaling update?

Is the wheel easy to use in the original firmware? What about in Rockbox?

None of these are questions about how to install or the installation process. In all seriousness, you have nearly 100 posts here, you should be aware of the guidelines by now.
