yeah sorry I didn't get the name correct.....yeah I got the link then what? I mean there are all kinds of things mentioned.....thats what I meant about a little more detail...

Download rockbox utility for windows (I assume) from the link on that page and run it. Follow the instructions in it.

I don't get it...I am not trying to uninstall rockbox...I am trying to get it loaded! I uninstalled it......I want to load it. Guess I will just stick with the original gigabeat software
