Uploading music to iPod

I have a folder on my computer where I keep all my music. I copied and pasted this whole folder into my iPod drive, all is fine and I got all my music to play. But, how do I go about updating the music on my iPod with the music folder on my computer.

Everytime I try to paste it into my iPod, it won't allow me to just add the new files and folders, it want's to overwrite everything.

Surely there's an easier way to add music when using rockbox?

Personally, I just add new folders individually as I rip new CDs.  But there are plenty of applications out there that can synchronize folders.  SynchBack (may be spelled SyncBack) is one.  Media Monkey has the ability to sync folders as well.  I'm sure that there are others.
