It sounds like you successfully installed the bootloader.  Now you need to install a Rockbox build.  Follow the instructions in Chapter 2 of the Manual for installing a Rockbox build.

ok i dont get this part Rockbox boot loader.

The Rockbox boot loader is loaded from disk by the Ipod boot loader. It is responsible for loading the Rockbox firmware and for providing the dual boot function. It directly replaces the Ipod firmware on the player’s disk.
The Rockbox firmware.
Similar to the Ipod firmware, most of the Rockbox code is contained in a “build” that resides on your player’s drive. This makes it easy to update Rockbox. The build consists of a directory called .rockbox containing all of Rockbox’ files, which is located in the root of your player’s drive.

i already got a build that i downloaded but there is nothing in it where do i get the boot loader or is that the patcher

Did I not just say that you had already successfully installed the bootloader?

You need to install a Rockbox build.  Click on the "current build" link on the left and follow the instructions in section 2.2.3 of the manual to install it.  (Basically, all you need to do is select the build for your player and extract its contents to the root of your iPod.)

The reason that nothing shows up in the archive is because placing a . before a file or folder in Mac OS X is a tag for "hiding" the folder. You need to turn on Hidden File View in the Finder.

Once you do, then you'll see the folder and you can drag it onto the iPod.

Please stop posting multiple messages in a row.  If you have additional questions and no one has responded, use  the "modify' button.

Yes, you can still use your iPod with Mac after installing Rockbox.

And the Rockbox build goes in the root of your iPod.  In other words, put it directly onto the player, and not into any folder on the player.

No, however theres very little reason to ever turn an Ipod into a Mac formated one, since it will disable reading it on a great many PCs for very little benefit.

Have you copied the build to your ipod?

Also, your grammar is terrible.  Use sentences if you actually want people to read what you write.
