Data Abort at 0002FE88 (Ipod video 60Gig)
« on: July 29, 2007, 03:05:27 PM »
I recently upgraded my Ipod 60gig Video to the latest rockbox build,
it boots up fine, i am able to browse folders untill i choose to load up a song
i get this error message

"Data Abort
at 0002FE88"

in the top left of screen.

After that сomputer cannot recognized the Ipod Video by the connection the player to the computer via USB. You may see the ipodpatcher report by link http://foto.mail.ru/mail/akshara/19/i-22.jpg

And the player does not react to pressing of buttons

Any help would be appreciated thanks,
Akshara

Have you done a hard reset and then put it into disk mode?

If your ipod doesn't react to the correct hard reset sequence, then it would be the first one in the history of Steve Jobs making them that doesn't.
