iRiver wont boot into rockbox

Hi, yesterday i formatted my iRiver H340 whilst in the OF, i then loaded all my files back onto the iRiver, it did not boot, it loads the Rockbox screen but locks up, so i have to reset it, it allows me to load to the OF by pressing record. But it won't let me upgrade to any firmware, i've followed manuals to installing rockbox again, but nothing works.

Have you put the .rockbox folder back on? What is the bootloader stuck on?

If the OF works you can flash the player ... that's nothing Rockbox changes, and in fact it's the only way to flash the h300.
