You would have to edit the rockbox source and compile your own build to do that.

No (unless you're familiar with software development). But Rockbox has a different user interface, having the buttons doing exactly the same would completely defeat the purpose so I really don't see a reason for doing so.

Is there anything especially anoying you about the rockbox layout or is something missing? If you have some good suggestions it could always be changed.

Maybe i"am using the wrong wps bud the button layout of the remote controle of rockbox is not so divers and handy.
Works not wel if you drive in your car.
Using playlists, maybe i'am doing something wrong bud there is no short cut to your playlist list on the remote.

There's not a direct shortcut to the playlist anywhere. You have to get to it through the menus.
