just installed rockbox and its frozen

i clicked on plugins and now its not moving.  i cant even turn it off.  any ideas?

its a sansa e260 if it makes a difference.

is there anything on the screen?  Could you try rebooting it?

the regular screen is still there..  i just selected plugins and then none of the other buttons worked.  the backlight still went off and if i tried pressing a button the light would come on.. but it was still the main screen where i clicked on plugins.

well, i decided to reinstall the sansapatch.  it said that it installed successfully but my sansa still says its writing.  its been maybe 20 mins now...

The writing thing is just the retail firmware.  We don't really have anything to do with that.

My suggestion:  while you've got it connected, copy the latest rockbox build over.  Close any programs which might have the drive open (winzip, etc) and then unmount the USB drive in windows.  If it won't unmount, just disconnect it.  I've done that many times and not had any issues.
