Flash HELP!!! v2.3

A few weeks ago I had completed the firware flash for the default boot to 2.2

With the new release of 2.3 stable, i wanted to flash to the new version, however, it doesnt seem to be taking.  I went through the proccess at least a dozen times, the only way I can get 2.3 to boot up is to hold the f1 key while starting.  If I start just by pressing on, the rockbox 2.2 screen comes on and starts - never starting the 2.3 I JUST FLASHED?  Whats up?

1) Install 2.3
2) Browse to .rockbox
3) Play the file called "rockbox.ucl"
