What *exactly* happens when you click on the link, and which link *exactly* are you clicking on? I need more specific answers to be able to understand what's going on.

i was talking to another person like yourself, i advised him that i am unable to view the manual. when i click the pdf link for the ipod 30g adobe appears but does not display the manual, it just keeps running or loading a blank page.

And what happens when you try the "online" link? Or the HTML zip?

It sounds like your PDF reader is simply having problems.

And if you're talking about the other thread you started, you were talking to me. I stopped responding because your last post said that it was working for you.

i went into the start menu using windows xp and tested adobe and its working fine, thanks, apparently i can not view it so i will either unistall or figure out another way. unless you have a wise suggestion.
