switching from rocbox to normal ipod mode?

how do i navigate from rockbox to normal ipod mode without uninstalling rockbox using video ipod 30g?

Have you tried reading the manual? There's a section in it called "Starting the original firmware" that might be what you want.

i tried downloading the manual and it would not download for me.

There's three versions of the manual, and I went and confirmed that the section is readable in at least one of them before posting.

Edit: In fact, I've confirmed that all three versions of the iPod Video manual seem to work just fine for me now.
