Changed colours on display,made menus unreadable...doh!

Finally got round to installing Rockbox on my ipod nano, fiddled with display colours and stupidly set the background to black with black text......Can't read a thing now in menus

Turn on the iPod, wait a few seconds, and then before the Rockbox logo shows up turn on the Hold switch and leave it on. Assuming you do it late enough (so it doesn't trigger dual boot) it should clear your settings. Otherwise you can just plug into a computer and delete config.cfg in the /.rockbox/ folder.
