Problem With M4A Tag from Musicbrainz
« on: July 24, 2007, 10:20:01 AM »
I have a 5.5G Ipod with Rockbox on it.  All my mp3 and m4a files have been tagged with Musicbrainz.  My mp3 files play fine, but Rockbox cannot play the m4a files.

I have removed all tags from the files and they play fine.  I have also readded the basic information for each song and they play fine.  Is there data in the Musicbrainz tags that Rockbox can't handle?  I've run 'mp4dump' and 'mp4creator -optimize' on the files tagged by Musicbrainz.  'mp4dump' ran fine and the optimization didn't help.

I can email a test file to anybody who requests it.

I've not used Musicbrainz, so I don't know what the problem could be. I'll send a PM with my e-mail address.

Got the test file, so the problem has now been fixed.
