Okay so I just installed rockbox, and I have no clue on how to set my theme. Can someone post a step by step instruction list thing to help me?

PS- The one I'm trying to install is called "Flow"

1.  Unzip the theme, extracting its contents to the root of your device.

2.  While in Rockbox, navigate to Settings --> Browse Themes.

3.  Select your theme.

If your theme's .zip file is constructed properly, extracting to the root of the device should put all of the necessary files in the right folders on the device.

Ok so I just tried that and it, and only the backdrop works. When I play music its supposed to have that flow cover but it has the original rockbox thing! What do I do?

You need to provide more information.  Where did you get this "Flow" theme?  Does it require a custom build?  If so, are you using the build that is required?  What is "the original Rockbox thing"?

and the original rockbox thing is the plain thing that shows when your playing music (no idea how to explain)

You need a custom build for that theme.  From the description:
