Help with rockbox theme!

Whenever I play any song (on the 5.5 30GB iPod) at around 15-25 seconds there's this sudden noise, the music stops, all the text disappears and then this comes up :
"Undefined instruction [or] Prefetch abort at D71C53B8"

and after that, this sometimes comes up

"Data abort at
4000000E"

the numbers aren't always the same but they're something like that. Anyway whenever this happens I have to reboot the iPod using menu+select because nothing else works! And this only happens when I'm using themes that aren't one of the defaults. So how do I get the songs to finish playing? Help! I'm also completely new to rockbox so feel free to treat me like an absolute idiot!

Are you using the most recent build and the most recent bootloader?

What version number or SVN revision do both your bootloader and build report, and what other information can you give us so that we may attempt to duplicate this?

I'm afraid I don't understand xD could you make that more simple?

The exact version numbers. One displays from your bootloader when you boot up if you hold Right, the other is available in the menus.

Also, for example, what format your files are, and any settings you've changed.
