H120 RTC mod

    Hi all,

    I have received in Italy DS3231 from Maxim UK in a few days. I have installed the chip using wire-wrap wire and all is Ok as before, but I don't see anything about the clock.

    At this time the patch is still needed or it is already inside the CVS?
    If patch is still needed could anyone help me sharing with me his patched H120 software?

    I am a good technician and I haven't any problem with electronics, but programming is not my best...  :)

There's a page floating about in the DocsIndex that described the H1x0 RTC mod in good detail:

But according to the page, you'll have to compile yourself a custom build with the RTC activated in the software. There's instructions on the page about how to do it.

Don't worry about programming. Compiling a build isn't that hard at all. I'm not a very good coder yet, but compiling's not so bad.
