iPod Video: Uninstalling Rockbox (was: changing ipod video 'back to normal')

okay so i installed the rockbox into my ipod video and everything went smooth but how do i make it back to normal like when i first bought the ipod?

i know im a noob at this but helpppp

Do you wish to un-install Rockbox? Or simply boot back into the Apple firmware ?

Firstly, please have a little patience.  It can often take several hours or even days for someone with the right knowledge to appear.  Also, there are a set of posting guidelines which politely request that you use proper words.

Are you wanting to completely uninstall Rockbox?  This is described in section 2.6 of the manual.  If you are just wanting to boot into the Apple OS once, then take a look at section 3.1.3

well im a noob at this so i dont know.

i just want to uninstall the rockbox to make my ipod back to normal like the first day i bought the ipod.

i tried deleting the file but it didnt work for me. so yea.
