IpodStatus page still up-to-date for 5.5Gen iPod?

The RB site clearly states that Rockbox works on the 80GB iPod Video.  However, what about the issues listed here:

Are any of these still problematic on the 5.5Gen iPod?

PS - I wanted to post this to the thread "Are We There Yet..." but couldn't find the reply button.

yes, the issues are still there. main problem is that apple is not releasing much info about programming the specific hardware inside the ipods. RB is unable to fully use the COP, broadcom chip and advanced power management

it's already very impressive what rockbox has accomplished so far to work on most models

Credit where credit is due - a lot of the low level info was found out by the ipod linux guys - which we've shamelessly stolen, improved, and given back ;)
