i need help converting this dictionary file.

i am trying to make spanish dictionary files that have a english word for the word being looked up and the definition the word in spanish.
this is a link to the file i am trying to convert. i already have this file in the rockbox dictionary format with no capital letters and a tab inbetween the word and nthe definition. i don't understand the tut on the wki. could someone explain it to me or convert if for me.
