H120 Locked up after hitting play.

I turned on the player and went into database mode, then chose a song to play.  It is now just sitting at the player screen.  The song info is displayed, but the time is at 0:00/0:00 and I am stuck there.  I have tried all the buttons and none work.  I have tried the reset button on the bottom; nothing happens.  Can someone help me?  Please don't tell me my IRIVER is dead..

1. Try to hold the stop button for several seconds like when you are turning the device off.

2. The reset button should reset the device anytime when it is turned on. You probably did not press it correctly (you should feel how the button is pressed) or the button is not functional.
