How do i switch back and forth from rockbox and the ipods original firmware?

As soon as you (re)boot toggle the hold switch into the on (red) position and the Rockbox bootloader will load the Apple firmware.

In the future please do some forum searching, all three questions you have asked in the last half hour have been answered before.
