Ipod Gen 4 Failure

Hi.. I just added the latest daily build for the first time in about 3 months and now my ipod seems to be crashing with an error message. Do I need to re-install the bootloader?

This is the Error Message:

Undefined Instruction
at 00057ABC

Updating your bootloader never hurts (although it's not often necessary).

Just download the latest version of ipodpatcher, run it, install the bootloader, and away you should go.

Also make sure you grab a build from today - there was some filesystem weirdness in the last couple of days - and you might have picked up an affected build.

Sorry for the slow updat but I appear to be having the same problem... it reads the same error message only less frequently... my last update build was on Saturday... thanks for your help on this

Please update to a current build, there have been changes that ought to affect this since Sat. You also didn't say whether you updated your bootloader or not.

Ok... that issue appears to be resolved with Wednesday's build but there appears to be a whole new issue.

When I load a theme or make a change such as "enable cuesheet playback"... It gives the usual loading message but never stops the message on it's own... I have to press play to get back to the regular screen and half the changes dont go through...

I've actually been having that issue with cuesheet playback for some time now... it's just not working.
