You cannot do this. Music purchased from the iTunes Music Store (Unless you paid the extra 50 cents or whatever for the unencumbered files) are unplayable in any music software not written by Apple (Specifically, iTunes and the iPod native firmware).

This is not a restriction of Rockbox.  It's a restriction of Apple and the music industry.
