RB any use for H10?
« on: July 03, 2007, 08:50:32 AM »
I have a H10 at home, and have never sucessfully flashed it with RB, but looking around I am not sure how decent it is, I'm sure it's great, but am I wasting my time, will it give me anywhere near the fuctionality of my H140? Also, is there any instructions I'm missing re this flash.

Rockbox on the iriver H10 is nowhere near as mature as the port for the H1x0, but it's still in very good shape and should get you through the day with minimal trouble.

But don't forget: currently, only the Archos players can be flashed with Rockbox permanently. On all the other targets, it's still running from disk.

The manual for the H10 will have some more details, but you can also check the wiki page for it:

The H1x0 can also be flashed permamently with Rockbox, removing the OF, by use of the as yet unofficial bootloader v7.
