Noise coding and line spectral pairs are implemented, though several issues have been identified with these features. Additionally, some problems remain in the parser. Seeking is not yet supported.
Todo:
* Implement support for seeking
* Improve parser
* Make better use of memory and IRAM so that performance on Coldfirm and the PP5002 is better (50% done)
* Track down remaining bugs in Huffman decoding, and then change to smaller VLC tables that can be loaded into IRAM.
