Codec failure

After installing new build of Rockbox my Ipod Mini gives "Codec failure" message. I tried to download and install oldest build in download section. It didnt help. And didnt backup my working version... stupid. so i cant run rockbox now... can anybody help in my problem?

Download the latest current build - install it.

Make sure you're running the latest bootloader too (update it with ipodpatcher to make sure!)

How did you install the bootloader originally? Just do that again.
