Hi all,
First of all, just to say I found Rockbox this morning (at about 6 am, I was bored and looking for iphone accessibility links - and came across a link for ipods and rockbox...) and I've been playing with it ever since. It's now on my nano and my bf's iriver 120. We love it.
Both of us are visually impaired so the talking aspect of the menus is invaluable. Loving that big style !!
Two Q's though (after searching the forums and finding nothing that I can see, so apologies if I've missed these being covered before) -
Am I missing summat or is there no way to slow the speed of the menu speech down ? I'm using cepstral lawrence - he's abit posh but very personable, just too quick for me !
And I've used the voicebox script wossit to make the .talk files which work great - but is there a version of the script for mac osx ? I've been using the script on a dual boot of xp on my macbookpro, which is fine but a PITA when I have to keep rebooting into xp just to do this.
Many thanks in advance.
Rachael
(and her happy chatty ipod nano !)
