Seriously though, the firmness of moderation here is one of the things I really like; it just throws a lot of first-timers who are used to the flippant, juvenile nature of much of the rest of Intarweb forumland...

do u know how to change the menu aperiance for example the files selcetion to something like "My Media" ???

Only by changing the source code and re-compiling.

The exception is the Database, where all menus and menu titles can be user-defined. See the link in my sig.

Actually, by editing the language files, you can change any of the translatable text strings in the menus without having to recompile, though you can't change the order/positioning.
