sry for being newbie, but when i select play game, i watch a computer play-like a demo ???

Section 8.1.5 of the manual includes a key-map for Doom on your player.
ESC brings up the menu.

What I mean is I am unable to control the person. The computer does it for me.

Yes, it's a demo. Read the manual to find out how to start the game proper.
