Bad battery
« on: June 20, 2007, 10:53:35 AM »
November 2006 I bought a 2300mAh battery on eBay for my Iriver H140.
Battery life was way over 24 hours.

A few days ago there was a black spot in the display and the HD failed.
I thought I was too rough to the player and broke it so I bought a new.

Today I received the HD and tried to open the player.
The player looked strange when I worked on the screws, all bend out of shape.

Look at what happened

01070650011, 2300MAh
replacement for iPod 1G/2G
UP325385A4H
Rechargable Li-Polymer battery

The HD is now working and the black spot in the display is gone
Anoybody wanna buy a hardly used 40GB Toshiba MK40046AH ?

No good, then. I need a single platter 40GB drive to upgrade my girlfriend's iriver H320.

And break my girlfriend's iriver? She'll break me in several places if that happens!

I would take the drive if I can get the back cover for an iriver H340.
