The reason why it reboots into Disk Mode is because Rockbox has no native USB disk mode for the iPods, so it's rebooting into Apple's own Emergency Disk Mode so you can at least transfer files.

Update your build again, and take GodEater's advice: hold Menu for a good 10 seconds or so as you insert the cable.

Doesnt helps .... It freaks me off^ every time i update rockbox it works for a few days than again same thing ..... could you just create some option for that ?

You're not supposed to have to hold menu for ages, it's a bug we don't know how to fix currently. You're supposed to only have menu held while you plug in the cable, and then immediately let go of it again.

So no, we can't create an option for it, because we're not sure what's broken.
