iAudio X5 - Radio output only, every other audio output is mute.

Hi, as in the topic:
Software looks like is working fine (play time is correctly displayed as ongoing and everything) but no local file playing gives audio output. When put in Radio Mode, you can listen to radio normally.
I bought this player at a very low price as BRICK and this is the only problem. My knowledge of audio electronics (very limited) tells me that this might be a problem with the decoding chip (like a cut pcb track or something like that since the decoding chip most likely take another path from the radio module). Player fell from a table so i'm guessing this is a HARDWARE problem. Sorry if this post is a bit premature, i still need to try to update the firmware due to the lack of the usb cable (i'm buying it right now).  I just wanted to know if someone already faced this kind of problems and if this MIGHT be software-related (although i doubt it). I'll update asap.
