Problem on Sandisk Sansa E280 - music is occasionally freezes one sek

i have tested to turn off everything i could but the music is only played right if i have the most basic theme. Isnt there a way to play the music without stops and have at least a decent theme?
Anyway thanks for all the help so far =) i really appriciate this.
