Ipod Nano VIDEO HELP!

MY PROBLEM
----------------
I just got rockbox, and the way i learned to put videos on rockbox
is to make a new folder named "video" in your ipod root.
Thats what I did, and i dragged and dropped a music video i wanted
on my ipod. the music video still played but it was too big that my ipod
only played a portion of the video AND the video/audio was slower than the regular.
I kept looking around and i noticed people using "mediacoder" but i dont
know how to use it, if anyone knows how to use it can you please help me?
or can you recommend a method i can do to encode my music videos?
thank you

Well, not really. You can use such a folder, but you are not required to. Rockbox doesn't need a special folder structure, and you can browse and play any video (that is adjusted for Rockbox) from any location of the drive with the file browser.

The wiki has detailed information about that. Read the PluginMpegplayer page.
