First off, WTF is Rockbox?

I have a 30gb ipod video. I saw some cool pics of some kind of mod that was made by some dude named Julius. I think that it was call green5g or something like that. I want to use that. Can someone give me the steps to using that............Please?!?!!!!!

Please:
1) Read the manual (see links at the left).
2) Read the forum posting guidelines.
