30 Gig i Pod, is it 64MB?

So I got a 30 Gig i Pod and want to download a current build but don't know which one to download, either the 64 mb one or the normal one. Which ones for which i Pod? Is the 64 mb one for the 80 Gig iPod? Any help would be gladly appreciated.

The 64mb one is for the 60/80gb iPods. Use the regular one.
