Acc Playback Problems
« on: June 11, 2007, 10:29:17 AM »
Hi aLL, first I would like to thank everyone who is helping out with this project amazing stuff...
My question is if there is a problem with ACC playback. I can play FLACs and MP3s with 320 bitrate without skipping when the EQ is on ( not the hardware one ) yet ACCs skip every 20 seconds. I am using 60 GB video. Any input is welcomed. Thanks...

Well you could just not use EQ until someone improves the AAC decoder.

Hi, I'm pretty new to Rockbox and I also have an .AAC problem. I have an iPod nano and I can't play more than 3 songs on shuffle until Rockbox screams over codec failure. This problem is pretty recent, and it occurred after I converted all my music from .MP3 to .AAC (to save space on my computer)

Could anyone help me with this? Or do I just have to convert my music back to .MP3?

Regards, OOIE

Make sure you're running the latest bootloader.  Codec crashes usually mean you didn't update the bootloader.
